This past weekend I had the pleasure of celebrating with one of my best friends as her & her fiancé took the plunge and became Mr. & Mrs. I couldn't be more happy for the two of them. They were simply made for each other. Katie & Jake, your day was flawless & perfectly you!
You might recognize this first one from a previous post - Weddin' Sign Makin'. How fun that the same sign could be used in two uniquely different weddings.
I love the meaning behind this sign. It has never been more evident than at the Conner/Unger wedding where both families truly molded into one (officially).
Katie put together this abso-freakin-lutely adorable Lemonade Bar. Finished with paper straws, mason jars, yellow ribbons, and fresh flowers - oh! & lemonade.
This was made from an old cupboard door. I painted the frame a creamy white & the interior part with chalkboard paint. I didn't like the way the chalk looked unfinished so instead we used a calligraphy paint pen & made this sign permanent. I think it looks way more elegant which is what they were going for at the reception.
(I'll save you all my photo booth pictures & instead leave you with just the sign!)
These next few sings were something new & different for me. I'm by no means a graphic designer but I do LOVE gorgeous fonts & lettering. (I don't have any pictures of the finished products but below are a few screenshots of the works in progress).
I am excited to see the photographer's version of some of these photos & I hope he caught some of the details that Katie & Jake worked so hard to pull off! I might update my pictures later. I was a little busy with Maid of Honor duties! ;)
K&J - YOU'RE MARRIED!!!!! cheers to you! Love you both!
Seriously Dawn..there is money to be made here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you are making it
